PRIVACY & SAFETY

I know it's so hard to keep track of what is required for each business you go to! 

I want you to be as prepared as possible before you arrive for your appointment. My priority is to provide a clean, safe environment for our salon team and guests. Thank you for supporting us in these extra precautions!​​

When you arrive for your appointment come in from the parking lot on the side of the building suite 600  (if the door is locked on the outside please ring the doorbell.) Walk straight down and please wait in the vestibule right outside of our door inside the building.

 

You will then be checked in. We do temperature checks and hand sanitizer for all our guests in order to gain entry in the studio. (99 degrees and under accepted)

One person per appointment, no guests may accompany a client unless they are also receiving a service. 

 

Don't forget your mask! Keep in mind, it most likely will get wet. So either choose a disposable one or one that doesn’t absorb water around the ears. 

 

After entry, there will be beverages offered at this time. You may bring your own drink or snack if you would like as well. 

 

Payment 

Zelle, Apple Pay

Visa/ MasterCard/ American Express (2.7% applied with all credit card transactions)  If must pay by cash I only except Exact cash only (no change)

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELATIONS

Please contact me ASAP in the event you cannot make your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice will require a 50% cancellation fee due immediately and must be paid immediately to reserve a future appointment.

Failure to notify or come for your scheduled appointment will result in a 100% appointment fee for the missed appointment.

In the event that you need to reschedule more than 3 occasions within a calendar year, you will be unable to prebook future

appointments. You will be placed on a week of basis to schedule.​
